What Is The Homeless ID Project?

Our mission is to empower individuals and families to overcome homelessness and rebuild their lives by providing access to replacement identification documents required to obtain jobs, housing, and other vital services.

Our vision is to eliminate barriers to obtaining identification documents across America.

A person’s ability to get a piece of paper or plastic card should not be what stops them from ending their homelessness.

Why Are People Homeless?

Thousands of Arizonans are stuck in homelessness because they lack a simple ID or birth certificate.

You can donate to end homelessness! 70% of our clientele needs an ID to get a job, and 63% need one to get a place to live. With your $32 donation, we provide the critical documents needed to access housing, jobs, and healthcare.
